• The above cease and desist demand letter was recently sent to Jan Bergemann, website administrator of website: www.ccfj.net by Attorney Summer Lee Reed of Cobb and Gonzalez Law Firm. The above certified demand letter was dated April 9th, 2024.

• On April 7th, 2024 — just 2 days before the letter was dated; President Mary Jenson and Treasurer Brad Smith showed up on a Sunday afternoon to surveil a resident (Mr. Frank Paul) who has now become the Defendant in a Lawsuit brought by them.

• On April 8th, 2024 — just 1 day before the letter was dated; Since President Mary Jenson and Treasurer Brad Smith were obviously pissed-off big time & seeking revenge against Mr. Paul for getting some public snapshots of them without their make-up, saying cheese & including, but not limited to, a not-so-often-seen (not a belly dancer) belly exposé, they ordered General Manager Shanna Ann Fredrickson, Assistant Manager Christine Hart, along with 4 Sheriff's Deputies to the Defendant's Home to get even for taking the photos? Or, for publishing those photos on this website? Or, to hand deliver a concocted & mostly false; 7 Deed Restrictions Violations allegations letter / report!
