The above screenshots from the video filmed by "Mr. Frank" (Defendant) on May 11, 2024, just 3 days before the 3 page letter (as seen above) written and certified by Attorney William F. Cobb on behalf of The St. Augustine Shores Service Corp HOA / Board. It falsely alleges Mr. Paul to be aggressive and threatening.

The video clearly displays "aggressive and threatening behavior" not by Mr. Frank Paul, as alleged in the above report by Attorney Mr. William F.  Corn  Cobb, but by the real and true aggressors; Jeff and Lauren Bailey. (As documented in the 14 minute video).

Mr. Cobb :
"We are further informed Mr. Paul has acted in an aggressive, rude and threatening manner to other residents and neighbors, at least according to the complaints received by the Association ..."

Mr. Frank :
Well Sir, that is no surprise if Jeff Bailey, Lauren Bailey and/or Mary Vella were the informants. Like usual, complaintants also.
Q. Who at the "Association" received the Complaint?
A. "Concerned Citizen" Christine Hart?

Mr. Cobb :
"This conduct is a nuisance and must be immediately stopped ..."

Mr. Frank :
Would you agree Sir, that Mr. and Mrs. Bailey's conduct is sincere Southern Hospitality and should continue immediately?

Mr. Cobb :
"Mr. Paul is admonished to discontinue the aggressive and threatening behavior immediately ..."

Mr. Frank :
Mr. Cobb, false accusations against a neighbor has been going on for a long time, thousands of years - as you know:
Exodus 20:16 • One of The Ten Commandments:
"Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor"
Jewish Law enumerates 613 Mitzvot or commandments, including several commandments related to honest testimony as related to judicial procedure.
573. Not to accept testimony from a lone witness
(Deuteronomy 19:15)
574. Transgressors must not testify
(Exodus 23:1)
575. Relatives of the litigants must not testify
(Deuteronomy 24:16)
576. Not to testify falsely
(Exodus 20:16)
577. Punish false witnesses as they tried to punish the defendant
(Deuteronomy 19:19)

Mr. Cobb :
"We are also informed, and have received video recordings of continued nuisance behavior, resulting in neighbors being in fear of their safety ..."

Mr. Frank :
Safety? How would you like this 125' feet to the East ... 24/7?

Safety? And this 125' feet to the North ... 24/7?

Them in fear of me? Definitely Not!

They're alot scarier than me. By far.
And the three of them are best friends.
