Surveillance episode causes controversy in St. Augustine Shores neighborhood! St. Augustine Shores HOA President Mary Jenson with Treasurer Brad Smith pictured in above photos from Sunday 4/7/24. The dynamic duo showed up on a Sunday afternoon to take photo - video surveillance of a Shores Resident!

After the Shores Resident discovered the surveillance going on, within seconds, he also took pictures and video of them while it was happening! Since they had been immediately discovered, they both got pissed off and called the Sheriff on the resident! lol.

Now, because he has posted this incident and these photos on this website, the Saint Augustine Shores Service Corp President Mary Jenson, Kathy Schroeder and Board of Directors has spent almost $10,000.00 already of HOA Community Funds since June of 2024 in legal fees on a Lawsuit against him, which is ongoing!

The President; Mary Jenson along with the Vice President; Kathy Schroeder, in violation and suppression of Freedom of Speech and The First Amendment, have cracked down hard on the resident by filing a serious Lawsuit against him to try and force him to remove all the photos which he has posted - for all to see.

Coming up in December of this year, during a scheduled hearing before Judge Howard Maltz, they will ask him to approve and allow an "Injunction," which would force the resident; who is also the sole owner of this website, to have this website taken down.

The Lawsuit to silence the resident as described in the paragraphs above is not just about a few unflattering photos. It's more about other things the resident / publisher of this website has discovered which is necessary for public knowledge and will be posted soon.

HOA LAWSUIT Article!
The following article was posted on the StAugustineShores.org website soon after the St. Augustine Shores HOA Director Nick Arocha in a heated phone conversation, stated that the website was "not allowed!" Demanding that the site owner should remove the website immediately.  Some of the things Mr. Arocha said; we decided to publish. It was removed for at least a few months. The site owner can't resist putting it back up here, on this page, for anyone to see, as a part of the record leading up to the Lawsuit. The website at that time, was 1 month old with minimal content. It does appear that Nicolas "cucaracha" Aroacha has gone missing since he is no longer anywhere on the StAugShores.com website!

The Director, Mr. Nicolas Arocha of www.StAugShores.org called our Secretary Polly from phone number (201) 563 - **** at approximately 7:55pm, Monday, March 25, 2024 while his wife Mary Antonette Snider Arocha was listening in and was heard commenting.

Polly: "During an abusive & condescending conversation while my daughter (a Registered Nurse) was listening on my speaker phone, Mr. Nick Arocha played the Mafia Card / Mafia Boss invoking 'The Sopranos.' His tough-guy machismo seemed to be a cover for a Napoleonic complex?"

"His conduct was inhospitable! While he was on a total rant, I had to interrupt him giving the advice: Mr. Arocha, you have 2 ears and 1 mouth, you should listen twice as much as you talk ..." (It didn't help.)

He asked if I voted for Trump, then accused me of being a Democrat! After more questioning, I said : "...I haven't voted since Ross Perot."

A few puzzling tid-bits Mr. Arocha said to Polly during the call:
