• During the appointment of Brad Smith as the HOA Treasurer, did he own Real Property in The Shores? Did he own a home in the Community?
Can you prove it? Why was it not questioned before his appointment?

• Why would you (Mary Jenson / Kathy Schroeder) agree to appoint a guy onto the HOA Board as The Treasurer who had to drive 66 miles round trip back & forth from his Ponte Vedra Palace to get to the Shores HOA Office?

• Why would you appoint someone who was not a real part of the Shores Community? Why would you not appoint a local Homeowner who is a real part of the Shores Neighborhood / Shores Community?

• Mary Jenson and Kathy Schroeder! Was the appointment of Brad Smith as The Treasurer your decision? Or, did someone or somebody else suggest him to you and lobby for him - on his behalf?

My findings caused Mr. Brad Smith to resign! It was definitely the catalyst for the birth of the Lawsuit. No one had questioned anything related to his Treasurer appointment that was procured by you! Except for me.

It shall also prove that according to the Saint Johns County Property Appraiser; there is no Brad Lee Smith that owns anything in the St. Augustine Shores, Florida, or the 32086 zip code.
