Just 3 days after StAugustineShores.org discovered the newly appointed Treasurer for the Saint Augustine Shores Service Corp had purchased a Ponte Vedra Beach Florida Home for over 1.5 Million Dollars : Treasurer Brad Smith has resigned!

Question # 1:
• During the appointment of Brad Smith as the HOA Treasurer, did he own Real Property in The Shores? Did he own a home in the Community?
Can you prove it? Why was it not proven before his appointment?
Question # 2:
• Why would you (Mary Jenson / Kathy Schroeder) agree to appoint a guy onto the HOA Board as The Treasurer who had to drive 66 miles round trip back & forth from his Ponte Vedra Palace to get to the Shores HOA Office?
Question # 3:
• Why would you appoint someone who was not a real part of the Shores Community? Why would you not appoint a local Homeowner who is a real part of the Shores Neighborhood / Shores Community?
Question # 4:
• Mary Jenson and Kathy Schroeder! Was the appointment of Brad Smith as The Treasurer your decision? Or, did someone or somebody else suggest him to you and lobby for him - on his behalf?
And, can you tell me ... who would that be? lol?

• What education or qualifications did Mr. Brad Smith have related to his background and past experience to act as a Treasurer for a Corporation responsible for the administration and management of hundreds of thousands of dollars? Did he really major in anything?
Question # 6:
• How much money did he get to spend while he was the HOA Treasurer? Q. Who did he hire and pay it to? A. Hopefully not his BUDS.
Question # 7:
• Why really did Brad Smith resign from The Saint Augustine Shores Service Corporation HOA / Board so abruptly as the Treasurer?
Was it really the before and after photos?? duhhhh?

Conclusion : We believe that Mr. Brad Smith immediately resigned after it was discovered that HOA President Mary Jenson and Vice President Kathy Schroeder allowed a non-resident to become the Treasurer of their (HOA) Corporation without first vetting his being an owner of Real Property (or totally overlooking that requirement) in the St Augustine Shores community. It shall also prove that according to the Saint Johns County Property Appraiser; there is no Brad Lee Smith that owns anything in the Shores.
